Winning Form initially began as a premier horse racing form guide with the first of the publication being in circulation from 1987. It subsequently grew into becoming the holding company for the group of entities compromising of SplashOut, Star Merchant, Racing Distribution, & Starbar & Café.

 

SplashOut forms the media house within the group and specialises in print, branding & media. Some of its publications are Winning Form, Top Turf, BetCard, Soccer Betting News and more. We provide an all-round branding partner to the group of companies specialising in vehicle branding, interior and exterior signage, stadium branding, large format printing, commercial printing and much more! Our all-inclusive, customised branding solution has grown to include digital branding, media and advertising services.


Star Merchant specialises in local and international procurement, warehousing and distribution. Currently stocking more than 2 500 items, Star Merchant offers its customers a fully outsourced procurement model leveraging off its existing strong bulk-buying capabilities, passing on those savings to our customers.

 

Racing Distribution functions as the courier & distribution service provider to the Winning Form group and assumes responsibility of fleet management as well. We have a fleet of just over 360 vehicles. We have distribution points situated in key cities around South Africa which allows us to offer an efficient and effective service to our customers.

 

For over 20 years, Star Bar & Café (aka Hollywood Bunny Bar) has been plating a showstopper “Bunny Chow” that has appealed to a diverse range of palates. Customers can try this award-winning dish, a variety of Indian cuisine or other customer favourites that are on the menu. Under the Star Bar & Café name, we have 8 Bunny Bars & 57 Bars (housed in Hollywoodbets’ branches) nationally.
